With more than twenty years of experience of funded research in legal informatics, Erich undertakes measures to safeguard privacy within the MARCONI project.
“I typically use design thinking as a research approach to understand the design problem in its complexity. Prototypes and mock-ups are designed and developed through ideation, iteration and critiquing solutions with end-users. I believe it is valuable to also design the research experience: end-users are more engaged in the process when they can connect to the problem.” As User Researcher at VRT Innovation, Sandy Claes is an expert in design and co-creation of viable solutions to the real user problems.
“We’re going full force on interactivity. This means numerous integrations with third party platforms but also with systems currently used by the various radio stations. This also means tools and optimisations for the editorial team, such as conversational management with chatbots and smart analysis for filtering and linking content from various sources.” As Lead Developer at VRT Innovation, Rik Bauwens is experienced in translating ideas into workable prototypes.
